Calamities of Nature Caption Contest II

It's back! I'm excited to announce our second annual caption contest. Last year's contest got a good response, with almost 200 caption entries (see them here and here). I'm really looking forward to what you guys come up with this time around.

To enter, post a comment to today's comic and tell me what funny thing Alp is saying. The winner will get their choice of a book, OR one of the two shirts, OR any two prints (this includes any of the comics, the sunset print, or the bacon brothers print). And if that's not enough, the winner will also get the original art to today's strip (with their winning caption written in, of course) along with a full-color print of it.

Here are the rules:

- Each person gets up to THREE entries, so take some time to think about your punchline before you post it. If you post more than three I will delete the extras.

- Entries must be posted in the comment thread of today's comic. Do NOT email or tweet them to me! It's much easier for me to keep track if all the entries are in one place.

- Be sure to include a valid email address. Otherwise, I won't be able to contact you if you win.

- The deadline for entries is Monday, April 26th.

- Please keep your captions consistent with the tone of this site. No foul or explicit language.

- Once all the entries are in, I'll choose my 10 favorites and we'll have a poll. The grand winner will be the caption with the most votes.
